Each project has several main stages before being accomplished:

Stage 1 – First meeting with you during which we specify all your requirements and ideas about the new furniture to the smallest detail.

Stage 2 – Following your requirements we work out and present a conception for design and functionality of the furniture you are interested in. We make a draft in which all components are given with precise measures so that we could visualize the most appropriate way your new furniture could be placed in accordance with existing installations (wall plugs, switches, water and sewerage systems, etc.).

Stage 3 – Together with you we consider possible combinations of the elements in the project in order to be sure that our propositions meet your requirements concerning the vision and the functionality of the furniture. We choose the variant you like most or we make the best combination of already existing preliminary designs.

Stage 4 – We present the final version for your approval. All components in the project have precise measures and detailed descriptions that help you visualize the accomplished interior.

WARRANTY

The articles offered by Linea Star have quality warranty. Each product has a different warranty period and varied warranty conditions depending on its specific character.

We guarantee your consumer rights in all cases specified by Consumer Protection Law.

Linea Star guarantees that at the moment of delivery all articles purchased by the company have no defects that could diminish their value and damage their suitability for common usage.

Warranties are not applicable if the warranty conditions for a certain product are not kept, for example:

- preservation and usage terms indicated by the producer in the product manual are not followed by;

- the articles have been used improperly and not in their usual surroundings;

- defects have appeared as a consequence of buyers’ careless attitude to furniture – that could be burning of upholsteries and surfaces with a cigarette or flame, damages caused by spilling liquid or colouring agents etc.

If at the moment of delivery you note any defects and shortcomings of the product please inform us immediately about their kind and nature.

The warranty period starts from the date of product’s purchase.
